Stickers, coloring book, crown, and more. Only complaint: The diapers were not quite as good of quality as I was expecting. They do the job though, just not as confidence inspiring as Huggies. Once they can put weight on their feet, sometimes it is much easier to stand them up and pull on a pull-up, then to try and put a diaper on a baby who is struggling and trying to turn over, crawl away, etc...These are much better than Easy-ups as they are easier to take off and you can unfasten and refasten them if needed.
